Safety is not just another word at Soul, it is fundamental to how we operate. Soul’s HSE program was developed in house and focuses on training and employee engagement to create a proactive safety culture. Our safety-first attitude is reinforced through near miss reporting and positive observation job cards which are continuously reviewed and discussed with the team.

To assist and maintain our focus on safety, we schedule regular competency assessments of our workers and provide training programs to ensure the job is done safely and to the highest standards. Monthly safety meetings are held to not only discuss safety concerns but also to update employees on company safety statistics and any changes to operating procedures.
